WT1090 Harness Tape Customized Size

The WT High Temperature Aluminum Foil/Glass Cloth Tape is a durable and flexible tape that has a strong resistance to tearing and puncturing. It is equipped with a silicone adhesive that sticks well to silicone surfaces and can adhere to uneven or irregular surfaces. This tape is lightweight and reflects heat, making it ideal for use in various weather conditions. It is also resistant to flame, moisture, and UV damage. Additionally, it is chemically resistant and conducts heat effectively, making it suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -54 °C to 316 °C. This tape meets the requirements of F.A.R. 25.853 (a) and can be provided with a liner for die-cut applications.

The laminate backing of this tape allows it to conform easily to different surfaces and ensures a smooth and consistent unwinding process. The high temperature silicone adhesive used in this tape provides excellent performance. The reflective backing of the tape protects against radiant heat and exposure to light. It can withstand continuous operating temperatures of up to 200ºC and intermittent temperatures of up to 260ºC. Additionally, it is flame-retardant and self-extinguishing.
