The W.T colored steel phenolic sandwich purification panel is an innovative thermal insulation material made from a combination of advanced technology and materials. It is produced in a continuous process using a special production line, where outer double-sided colored steel plates and phenolic foam are bonded together to form a sandwich-like structure. The non-woven fabric on both sides is specially processed to ensure strong adhesion between the layers. The middle layer consists of phenolic foam insulation, which is created using advanced foaming techniques to achieve a fine foam structure with uniform density. This ensures that the panel has excellent strength and reliable thermal insulation performance.
Product Characteristics
The W.T color steel phenolic sandwich purification board is highly flame retardant and fire resistant. It is also lightweight and easy to construct. Additionally, it repels water and is environmentally friendly. It does not release any toxic or harmful gases. Moreover, it provides excellent thermal insulation and does not shrink or deform.
